Front Office Manager Assistant

We are recruiting the Front Office Manager Assistant, who should be responsible for the smooth running of a shift and lead a team of receptionist.

In detail this means:

•Provides cover in all areas of the Front Office Department as and when required
•Is fully conversant with all Front Office departmental policies and procedures
•Helps prepare, implement and report on departmental goals and training plan
•Ensures the Hotel Credit Policy is adhered to by the Front Office Department
•Makes sure that Front office staff delivers quality guest services within department and corporate standards and guidelines
•Reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Personal Requirements:

•Minimum of 2 year previous supervisory experience in a 4 or 5 star property in a similar position
•Knowledge of Opera is essential
•Demonstrates advanced organizational and managerial skills
•Provides leadership and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
•Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual
•Excellent communication skills are essential
•Focus on exceeding customer expectations
